What do I need to provide for a 3D walkthrough?
We need architectural plans, elevations and sections, ideally as CAD files, plus your material and finish selections and any landscape drawings. If finishes are not final, we can propose options for you to approve. The more complete the drawings, the faster and more accurate the model will be.
How long does a 3D walkthrough take?
Still renders usually take 2 to 4 weeks, and a full walkthrough animation often takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on project size, number of interiors and revision rounds. Large townships or mixed-use projects take longer. We share a schedule with checkpoints for the model, stills and animation.
How much does a real estate 3D walkthrough cost?
We quote per project after a free consultation. Cost depends on the built-up area, number of interior spaces, render count, animation length and detail such as people, vehicles and landscaping. You see exactly what is included, and how many revision rounds, before production starts.

It follows your drawings and specified finishes closely, but it is an artistic representation, not a construction document.
